With our advanced shell design, you can set the retention as you see fit. You can also adjust the appendix IWB belt attachment to your desired carry position with a greater degree of customizability than any other AIWB holster design on the market.

You'll also love the comfort that the PT111 AIWB hybrid holster design gives you. The backer, as you may notice, is almost identical in composition to our award-winning Cloak Tuck 3.0 holster. The backer is comprised of multiple layers, including a back pad of closed-cell neoprene and the Alien Skin top surface. This combination of materials comforts and repels moisture, while the surface grips your pistol without marring the finish.

The shell allows you to install one of three retention bars, giving you light, medium or heavy passive holster retention...or none at all if you prefer.
