The ShapeShift isn't merely a holster; it's a complete carry system. The base Glock 26 holster package is actually four Glock 26 holsters in total, allowing you to carry your Glock 26 virtually any way you want - openly or as multiple configurations of a Glock 26 concealed carry holster.

The ShapeShift uses a toolless locking system using a proprietary locking rail, so all you need do is dock it with the backing and belt attachment system of your choice.

Included are two backing pads for use as a Glock 26 IWB holster. There is a larger pad, which you may recognize as having the same construction as our Cloak Tuck 3.0, for wearing as a traditional winged IWB holster.

There is also a smaller pad for use as a Glock 26 appendix holster.

In either case, you merely need attach the quarter shell to one of the half shells, and dock with the IWB holster backer of your choice. If carrying in the appendix position, an appendix carry clip is included with your kit, which attaches to the top of the holster shell.

If OWB carry is to your preference, there are two different ways to use your ShapeShift kit as a Glock 26 OWB holster. Using the appendix backer and configuration, simply attach the two belt slide attachments for use as a hybrid OWB holster. This configuration is especially suited to those who prefer to concealed carry with an OWB holster, as you should be able to conceal your pistol and holster with as little as an untucked shirt.

However, for those that prefer to open carry daily or on occasion, assemble the holster using the two half-shells and lock them together. At this point, attach the paddle attachment, adjust the cant angle to your preference and wear as a Glock 26 paddle holster.

There are more features than you might be used to from other holsters. In addition to the multiple methods of carrying, there are more retention features than any other holster design offers. When used in either IWB configuration or as a belt-slide OWB, several retention guards can be installed, providing passive retention in loose, medium and high-retention settings.

If you prefer carrying with a retention holster, the paddle holster configuration can be equipped with a thumb release or finger release...or both, if you need maximum retention for carry.
