Directions For Use:
- Place stand on a hard flat surface
- Pull Quick Release knob to open stand
- Tilt front holder open to allow the wheel to roll into it
- Push the bike into the front holder
- Gently continue to push until bike can no longer go forward
- Success! Your bike is now securely in the stand
